Starting from $166 NZD for weddings under 100 guests (100+ may incur extra costs) Worldwide support available. You’ve hit the point in planning where you know you don’t actually need to do this whole thing alone anymore. You’re tired of sitting there with 37 tabs open trying to figure out if you’re making the “right” decisions. You’re over second guessing emails before sending them, overthinking your budget, spiralling over timelines, and carrying the mental load of an entire wedding while still trying to keep up with your actual life. And the frustrating part is you still WANT to be involved in your wedding. You just don’t want to feel responsible for holding the entire thing together by yourself anymore. That’s exactly what this support was designed for! Partial Planning Support gives you a partner in planning. Someone to help you untangle the noise, guide you through decisions, answer the questions sitting in your head at 11pm, and help you move forward with confidence instead of constantly wondering if you’re getting everything wrong. This isn’t about taking over your wedding or removing you from the process. It's about: - Keeping you fully involved - Giving you a safe space to make confident decisions - Supporting you to design a wedding that feels like you - Returning you to a place where you love the planning journey too You just finally have support behind you while you do it. Every package is tailored to your wedding, your priorities, and the level of support you actually want. All packages begin with a 60-minute consultation and Wedding Story Blueprint so I can understand who you are, how you want your wedding to feel, where you currently are in the planning process, and the areas where support would make the biggest difference moving forward. After your consultation, you’ll receive a tailored Wedding Vision Concept and personalized support recommendation designed specifically around your wedding and the type of support you actually need. This package already includes: - Monthly 60-minute planning calls via Zoom - Unlimited WhatsApp text & voice note support - Vendor guidance and recommendations - Budget support & personalized budget spreadsheet - Timeline creation guidance - Styling direction and wedding design support - Vendor communication guidance - General day to day planning assistance - Tailored support throughout your planning journey You get to choose your version of hard. This support removes hard as an option entirely.
Session Policy
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING, PARTIAL PLANNING Life shifts sometimes, and if that happens I'd rather you knew exactly where you stand before you book, not after. Your consult fee and deposit The $125 consult fee and your 25% booking deposit are non-refundable. They cover the work already done and the fact your date came off my calendar the moment you booked. If you cancel You're responsible for a portion of your total investment, based on how far out you are: More than 90 days before your wedding, 30% Between 60 and 90 days, 50% Between 30 and 60 days, 75% Within 30 days, 100% Because Partial Planning runs for months rather than a single day, you're responsible for whichever is higher, the percentage above or the planning stages already completed: Wedding Vision Concept delivered, 25% Venue and key vendors confirmed, 50% All vendors booked and timeline locked, 75% Wedding handover document delivered, 100% Those figures include everything you've already put in. If you've paid more than the amount owing, the difference comes back to you within 14 days. Anything already spent on your behalf, like vendor deposits or travel, stays payable. I'll always show you the paperwork. If you need to move your date Tell me and I'll do everything I can to make the new date work. Everything you've paid moves across with you. Your first change is free. If your new date falls more than 12 months out or lands in a busier season, pricing may need adjusting, and I'll be upfront with you about that before anything is confirmed. If I'm not available for your new date and we can't find something that works, it's treated as a cancellation using the dates above. If something happens that neither of us can control Natural disasters, pandemics, government rules, the things nobody plans for. We'll work through it together and find a way forward. If your wedding can't go ahead and can't be moved to a date I'm free, you're responsible for whichever is higher, the work already delivered or 30%. If I can't be there If illness or something outside my control means I can't deliver, I'll tell you immediately and do everything I can to find you the right replacement. If nothing suitable can be arranged, everything you've paid is refunded within 14 days, apart from your consult fee and anything already spent on your behalf.
