Your Wedding Story Blueprint and initial consultation
Once your consultation is booked, I send you my Wedding Story Blueprint to fill in beforehand. This is how I get to know who you are as a couple, the feeling you want your wedding to create, where you're actually at right now, and what's been feeling heaviest, before we've even spoken.
Your 60 minute consultation is where we go through all of it properly, in real time. Your vision, your priorities, what's already sorted, what's overwhelming you, and exactly where support would make the biggest difference for you specifically.
This consultation is booked with a non-refundable $125 consult fee, which covers your consultation, your proposal, and your tailored support recommendation. It's credited toward your final invoice if you move forward.
Your Wedding Vision Concept and tailored recommendation
After we talk, I put together a Wedding Vision Concept along with a support recommendation built specifically around your wedding and the level of support you actually need, not a generic package that fits everyone the same.
This gives you clarity on both the visual direction of your day and the kind of support that's actually going to move the needle for you.
Contract and flexible payment
Once your package is confirmed, you'll get your contract and invoice. A non-refundable 25% booking deposit is required within 7 days to lock in your support package.
Partial Planning starts from $1666 NZD, with pricing adjusted based on guest count, complexity, travel, and the level of support you need. Remaining balances aren't required in full until 60 days before your wedding, with flexible payment options available throughout.

Milestone check-in calls
Alongside your monthly planning calls, you get five dedicated 30 minute check-ins timed to the moments that actually matter. Not just a date on a calendar, but the exact points where planning pressure tends to spike. Once your venue is confirmed. Once invitations go out. Once your guest list is finalised. Once your vendors are locked in. And again around six to eight weeks out, when the final details start needing to come together. Each one is a focused, dedicated space to make sure that stage is actually sorted before you move into the next, so nothing quietly slips through while your attention is somewhere else.
Unlimited WhatsApp text and voice note support
The question that hits you at 11pm doesn't have to sit there until your next call. You send it, I answer it, and it stops living rent free in your head. That's the difference between carrying something for weeks and letting it go in a day.
Your shared wedding planning hub
Everything about your wedding, in one place, updated as you go. Vendors, budget, timeline, guest list, styling direction, all of it. No more digging through old messages trying to remember what a vendor quoted you or whether you already sent that email. You can see exactly what's done, what's in progress, and what's still sitting there waiting on you, whenever you need to check. It's the difference between carrying your whole wedding in your head and having somewhere real to put it down.

If someone else is coordinating your day, they get everything they need without you having to re-explain your entire wedding from scratch.

This service is available worldwide. For weddings, meetings, or in-person support outside of New Zealand's South Island, travel costs including flights, accommodation, and vehicle hire may apply. Wherever possible I work within your budget and source the best travel options available.
