Your Wedding Story Blueprint and initial consultation
Every package begins with my Wedding Story Blueprint and a 60 minute consultation, so I understand who you are as a couple, the experience you want your wedding to create, where planning currently feels heaviest, and the level of support you actually need, not a generic package that fits everyone the same.
Your Wedding Vision Concept and tailored recommendation
After your consultation, you'll receive a tailored Wedding Vision Concept along with a personalised planning recommendation designed specifically around your wedding, your priorities, and your vision.
Contract and flexible payment
Once your package is confirmed, you'll get your contract and invoice. A non-refundable 25% booking deposit is required within 7 days to lock in your support package.
Full Planning starts from $2222 NZD, with pricing adjusted based on guest count, complexity, travel, and the level of support you need. Remaining balances aren't required in full until 60 days before your wedding, with flexible payment options available throughout.
Ongoing Full Planning Support

A dedicated hour a month, just for whatever's actually happening in your wedding planning world. Not just vendors and bookings, the pressure, the family opinions, the moment you needed someone to just tell you what to do next.
Unlimited WhatsApp text and voice note support
Whatever shows up in your head doesn't have to wait for your next call. You send it, I handle it, and it stops sitting there taking up space.
Milestone check-in calls
Alongside your monthly planning calls, you get five dedicated 30 minute check-ins timed to the moments that matter most in your planning. Once your venue is confirmed. Once invitations go out. Once your guest list is finalised. Once your vendors are locked in. And again around six to eight weeks out, when the final details start coming together. Each one is a focused space where we make sure that stage is properly handled before we move into the next, so nothing quietly slips through while I'm managing the moving pieces on your behalf.
Full vendor sourcing, recommendations, and booking
You don't spend hours researching, comparing, and messaging vendors trying to work out who's actually right for you. I source the people who fit your vision and your budget, bring you the shortlist, and once you approve, I handle the booking. You're making the final call, not doing the legwork to get there.
Vendor communication management
Every email, every follow up, every "just checking in" message, handled. You stop being the one chasing replies or trying to keep fifteen different vendor conversations straight in your head.
Contract and quote negotiation support

This service is available worldwide. For weddings, meetings, or in-person support outside of New Zealand's South Island, travel costs including flights, accommodation, and vehicle hire may apply. Wherever possible I work within your budget and source the best travel options available.
