The only job you have on your wedding day

is to be in it.

background for emails 2

And you told yourself that was fine, because you'd relax on the day.

You're picturing your ceremony and your brain has already highlighted three things still sitting on your to-do list before wedding week, mid visualisation. You've told your bridesmaids you want a drink in your hand at all times, but you're pacing yourself. Just in case. Because if something goes wrong, you're still the one who has to handle it.

And the confusing part is this. The closer you get, the further away actually being present on your own wedding day feels. But you push through it because surely that feeling disappears once the day arrives.

It doesn't. Not without someone taking the reins from you first.

You've planned every moment of this day down to the way the napkins need to be folded on every single place setting. And somewhere in all of that, you forgot to book yourself in as the main character. You've been so deep in coordinator mode, decision maker mode, project manager mode, that you haven't given yourself one opportunity to just be the bride.

That's the only thing standing between you and the wedding day you actually planned for.

You didn't plan a whole damn wedding to watch it from the sidelines. To put out fires mid ceremony. To miss the moment your new husband sees you for the first time because you're mentally running the reception timeline in your head. Your presence on your wedding day is the most expensive, most irreplaceable part of it. And right now you're the only one responsible for protecting it.

That changes today.

I take the reins completely. Every vendor question, every timeline slip, every moment that would have pulled you out of your own day gets handled before it ever reaches your ear. Your bridal party aren't pulled into jobs. Your guests aren't left waiting around confused. Your family aren't fielding questions they don't know the answers to.

Everything is quietly, seamlessly managed behind the scenes so the only thing you have to do is show up, stay present, and actually experience the day you've spent so long building.

You get to drink that champagne without pacing yourself.

You get to cry at the altar without calculating how long the ceremony is running. You get to dance at your own reception like it's someone else's job to know when the cake needs to be cut.

Because it is. It's mine.

THE REALITY

YOU WORKED YOUR 9 TO 5 AND JUMPED STRAIGHT INTO YOUR 5 TO MIDNIGHT

HOW THIS WORKS

Every package begins with a 60 minute consultation, via Zoom or in person, where we walk through your vision, your priorities, your concerns, and the kind of support you actually want on your day. This is where I learn the experience you've been building so I can protect it properly.

The $125 consultation fee is non-refundable, and it is credited toward your final coordination invoice when you move forward. It also secures your wedding date for 7 days while we finalise your package, so no one else can take it.

After your consultation, I'll send through my recommended tier along with a full breakdown of all three options plus my available add ons list, so you can choose the level of support that feels most aligned for your day, your priorities, and the experience you want to have.

You'll have 7 days after our call to look over your full coordination and add-ons list, decide on your tier, and get your signed contract back to me. Once that's in, your date is officially yours and your experience begins.

Once you've chosen your tier, I'll send through your contract and invoice. Remaining balances aren't due until 90 days before your wedding date, with flexible payment options available throughout your planning journey so the investment doesn't land all at once.

Then we get to work.

CHOOSE THE LEVEL OF SUPPORT THAT FITS YOUR DAY

TIER ONE

WEDDING DAY COORDINATION

Starting from $555 · Up to 10 hours on-site

This is for the bride who has done every single bit of the planning herself, has it more or less together, and just needs someone to walk in on the day and take the whole thing off her hands so she can finally just be in it.

She doesn't want to manage anyone on her wedding day. She wants the day to be managed. She wants to walk down that aisle knowing the only job she has is to show up fully, and someone she trusts is handling every single thing that would have pulled her out of that.

UP TO 10 HOURS ON-SITE COVERAGE
I'm there. Physically present. Running your day behind the scenes so you get to experience it from the front.

FINAL RUN SHEET REVIEW
You've built the timeline. But there's a difference between a timeline that exists and a timeline that actually works. I go through it properly, find the gaps you couldn't see because you've been too close to it, and make sure the flow of your day makes sense before it's too late to change it. You stop second guessing whether you've missed something because you've got someone in your corner who wants the day to run as smoothly as you do.

VENDOR CONFIRMATION & COMMUNICATION PRIOR TO THE WEDDING
The week before your wedding should not be spent chasing people. I reach out to every vendor, confirm arrival times, setup windows, and final logistics, and make sure everyone knows the plan and who to call if something shifts. That person is me. Not you. Not your mum. Not your maid of honour.

TIMELINE MANAGEMENT ON THE DAY

You will not check the time on your wedding day. Not once. That is what I want for you. I'm the one watching it, adjusting it when something runs long, and moving pieces when they need to move. You stay in the moment.

COORDINATION OF VENDORS DURING SET UP & FORMALITIES

The florist arrives and doesn't know where the arch goes. The caterer has a question about the table layout. The AV team needs someone to walk the room. None of it reaches you. I'm the point of contact and every question gets answered before it has a chance to pull you out of getting ready for the biggest moment of your life.

MANAGEMENT OF KEY MOMENTS

The first look. The entrance. The speeches. The cake cut. Every key moment has been thought through and I'm holding the thread into and out of each one so they happen the way you pictured them, not the way they default to when no one is actively running the room.

HANDLING OF UNEXPECTED ISSUES & TIMELINE ADJUSTMENTS

Something will go sideways. It always does. The difference between a wedding with coordination and one without isn't whether things go wrong. It's whether you ever find out about them. You won't.

POINT OF CONTACT FOR ALL VENDORS & GUESTS

Your phone is not a work phone on your wedding day. Every vendor, every confused guest, every "who do I ask about this" moment gets directed to me. You stay unreachable for anything that isn't joy.

THE THREE TIERS

TIER TWO

COORDINATION & LEAD UP SUPPORT

Starting from $888 · Up to 12 - 14 hours on-site

This is for the bride who knows her wedding day isn't the only problem. It's the weeks before it too. She's already carrying too much mentally and the day hasn't even arrived yet. She's replying to vendor emails at midnight, second guessing timelines she thought were locked, and quietly dreading wedding week because she can feel the overwhelm building and doesn't know how to stop it. So she tricks herself into thinking everything will be fine, she just needs to get to the day.

She wants someone beside her in the lead up, not just on the day itself, so that by the time the morning of arrives she's not waking up trying to mentally coordinate a day she hasn't actually handed over to anyone.

Lead up support begins 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding date, structured around where you're at and what still needs locking in before the day arrives.

EVERYTHING IN TIER ONE PLUS:

UP TO 12 - 14 HOURS ON-SITE COVERAGE
More time on site means more covered, from a longer day, a bigger guest list, or a more complex setup. Whatever your day needs, the coverage is there.

ADDITIONAL PLANNING SUPPORT IN THE LEAD UP (4 TO 6 WEEKS OUT)

The questions that keep surfacing in the final weeks, the decisions you're sitting with alone at 11pm, the stuff you can't seem to park, you bring it to me. We work through it properly so it doesn't pile up into wedding week overwhelm. You stop being the only person who knows what's happening with your wedding.

MULTIPLE COMMUNICATION CHECK-INS BEFORE THE DAY

We check in regularly so nothing sits unresolved for weeks at a time. Things get reviewed, updated, confirmed. The closer you get to your date, the calmer it feels instead of the more panicked. That's not an accident. That's what ongoing support actually does.

REHEARSAL PLANNING & TIMELINE SUPPORT

You should not be the one planning, confirming and running your own rehearsal. I help plan it properly so you have a clear direction to share and everyone knows where to stand, when to move, and what happens next. You walk away from it feeling ready, not like you've just added another thing to your list.

VENDOR GUIDANCE & COMMUNICATION SUPPORT

Not sure how to respond to that vendor email. Not sure if that quote is fair. Not sure how to handle a supplier who isn't communicating the way you need them to. You bring it to me and we sort it out together before it becomes a problem you're managing alone on a Saturday night.

SUPPORT WITH TIMELINE CREATION & EVENT FLOW

If the flow of your day still feels uncertain, we build it together properly. Every minute accounted for, every person briefed, every transition thought through intentionally. By wedding week the timeline isn't something you're still fiddling with. It's done.

STYLING & SET UP GUIDANCE

The vision is in your head. I help you get it out of your head and into a brief your vendors can actually execute. So setup on the day runs the way you planned it, not the way it defaults to when no one communicated it clearly.

TIER THREE

FULL WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT

Starting from $1333 · Full day coverage · Full rehearsal & set up coverage

This is for the bride who is done being the one who holds it all together. Done coordinating vendors while also trying to be present in her engagement. Done being the project manager of the most important day of her life.

She doesn't just want help on the day. She wants someone to walk in beside her in those final weeks and quietly take it all off her hands, piece by piece, until the only thing left for her to do is get dressed, show up, and experience every single moment of a day she actually gets to be inside.

This isn't a booked service. This is an experience. And it starts 10 weeks before you walk down that aisle.

EVERYTHING IN TIER ONE & TWO PLUS:

10 WEEK KICK OFF CALL

We start with a 60 minute call where we go through everything. How the planning has been going, what's working, what hasn't, what's still sitting on your plate, and what you're ready to hand over. This is where we map out the handover plan so the next 10 weeks feel like a gradual exhale, not a sudden drop off.

UNLIMITED WHATSAPP SUPPORT (FROM 10 WEEKS OUT)

From the moment we kick off, you have direct access to me. Every question, every wobble, every "is this normal or am I overthinking it" moment has somewhere to go that isn't your already-stretched mental and emotional capacity. You stop carrying it alone. That's the whole point.

VENDOR COMMUNICATION TRANSITION (FROM 6 WEEKS OUT)
At 6 weeks out we start filtering your vendor communication across to me. You begin stepping back from the emails, the follow ups, the confirmations, and I step in. By 4 weeks out it's fully mine. Every vendor question, update, and logistics conversation routes to me and you stop being contactable for any of it. The option to be copied in is always there if you want visibility, but the responsibility is gone. Those last 4 weeks are precious and you shouldn't be spending them in your inbox.

FULL BRIDE MODE FROM 4 WEEKS OUT

This is the part most brides never get to experience. Four full weeks before your wedding where you are not the point of contact for your own day. You get to be engaged. Present. Excited. Focused on the things that actually matter to you in those final weeks, not the logistics of a day that someone else is now running on your behalf. AND actually give your body and nervous system a chance to exhale and shake off anything that had been building to potentially ruin you on the day.

REHEARSAL MANAGEMENT

I run your rehearsal. You show up, you go through it, you leave feeling ready. Every person in your bridal party and family knows exactly what they're doing, where they're standing, and when they're moving. The rehearsal doesn't feel like one more thing you had to organise. It feels like the first moment you realise this is actually all going to come together.

SET UP & STYLING EXECUTION THE DAY BEFORE

I'm on site the day before overseeing setup so that when you arrive on your wedding morning, everything is already in place. You don't spend the morning wondering whether the florals are where you briefed them or whether the tables look right. It's done. You just get to walk in and feel it. The option to still be present at set up is ofcourse still available. The idea is to give you the space to decide if you want to turn up and experience your reception and ceremony the same way your guests will be.

FULL DAY OVERSIGHT FROM SET UP TO PACK DOWN

Every stage of your day is actively managed. I'm there before the first vendor arrives and I'm there after the last guest leaves. Vendors directed. Timing controlled. Transitions handled. Guest flow managed. Issues solved before they ever reach you. Your bridal party and family aren't pulled into jobs. Your guests aren't left wondering what's happening next. And you are nowhere near any of it except inside it, experiencing every single moment of the day you built.

YOU SIMPLY GET TO BE THERE FOR IT FULLY

There will always be a version of you who was a first time bride. This is how you make sure she actually got to exist in her day.

background for emails 2

Every wedding is different, and every couple deserves a day that reflects exactly what matters most to them. Once we've had our consultation and I understand your vision properly, I'll send through a full add-ons and pricing list so you can build out your package in a way that feels completely aligned to your day, your priorities, and the experience you want to walk away with.

Venue Styling and Full Setup
Your vision, brought to life across your ceremony and reception spaces, so you can walk in and feel it instead of spending your morning directing it.

Event Staff and Extra Coordination Support

Setup and Breakdown Crew
The decor goes up and comes down without you lifting a finger or worrying about what's left at the end of the night.

Vendor Meeting and Negotiation Service
I attend or manage your vendor meetings, ask the right questions, and make sure your vision is being heard and understood before contracts are signed.

Guest List, Invitation and RSVP Management

Dietary requirements, seating arrangements, RSVP chasing, all of it handled so your guest list stops being the thing that drives you insane.

Custom Wedding Website Creation

A personalised wedding website that manages your RSVPs, guest information, and event details in one place your guests can actually use.

Floral Direction and Styling

See the full Floral Direction and Styling service for a complete breakdown. Discounted when booked alongside your coordination package.

Additional Planning Sessions

If you want more touchpoints or guidance beyond what's included in your tier, extra sessions are available.

Every add-on is tailored to your package and your day. Pricing is confirmed after consultation based on scope, complexity, and what your wedding actually needs. And if there's something specific you have in mind that isn't listed here, ask me anyway. If I can make it work, I will.
