Partial Planning – from $933 For couples who’ve started planning and need expert guidance to refine, organize, and bring their ideas together with clarity and confidence. What’s included: - 60-minute planning call to explore your vision and goals - Personalized planning proposal outlining next steps - Comprehensive checklist & budget spreadsheet - Vendor and supplier research (up to 3 categories) - Monthly Zoom sessions for structured planning support - Messaging support between calls for reassurance and advice - Access to tailored add-ons for styling, signage, and coordination You’ll go from scattered and second-guessing to calm, confident, and in control, knowing every detail is aligned and every decision feels right. Full Planning – from $1111 For couples wanting complete, start-to-finish guidance from concept to coordination. Together, we’ll craft a celebration that’s seamless, meaningful, and entirely your own. What’s included: - 1-hour initial planning consultation - Personalized full planning proposal & timeline creation - Comprehensive planning checklist & detailed budget spreadsheet - Full vendor & supplier research, sourcing, and negotiation - Monthly Zoom sessions with in-depth progress tracking - Unlimited email and WhatsApp support within business hours - Add-ons available, including floral design, signage, and venue styling - Optional discounted in-person coordination (travel costs additional) You’ll feel supported from the moment we begin to the moment you say “I do.” No matter the miles, you’ll have a planner who feels right beside you bringing peace, structure, and that rare kind of calm to your wedding planning journey.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Consultation Fee: - To secure your 60-minute consultation call, a non-refundable fee of $148 must be paid before the session. - If you choose to proceed with my partial planning package, this amount will be deducted from your total service cost. Rescheduling Policy: - If you need to reschedule your consultation, please reach out as soon as possible. There is no extra fee for rescheduling. Service Proposal & Booking Process: - After our consultation, I will provide a custom service proposal outlining the planning services best suited to your needs, along with a full additional service list for review. - Once you've chosen your services, I will send a contract detailing the agreed-upon services, pricing, cancellation policy, and full terms & conditions. Booking Process: - Payment plans are available for your partial planning package and will be discussed with me during the consultation. - Once the signed contract is received, I will send you an invoice through Wix that includes a breakdown of the discussed payment plan. - Full payment due dates will be clearly outlined in your full terms and conditions document. Cancellation Policy: - The $148 consultation fee is non-refundable, even if you decide not to move forward with the package. - Once the contract is signed, the full cancellation policy outlined in your agreement will apply.
