You’ve spent months, maybe even years pouring your heart into planning this day. Every detail, from the music that plays as you walk down the aisle to the handwritten place cards on each table, has been chosen with care. But when the day finally arrives, you shouldn’t be the one checking timelines, wrangling vendors, or wondering whether the cake actually made it to the venue. That’s where I come in. With my On-the-Day Wedding Coordination, you get to finally exhale, knowing that someone who understands your vision as deeply as you do is there to carry it through. A few weeks before your wedding, we’ll connect to go over every detail, timelines, vendor logistics, décor notes, family dynamics, and those personal touches that make your day yours. From that moment on, I take the reins. On the day itself, I’m behind the scenes from the first vendor arrival to the final sparkler send-off, greeting suppliers, keeping the timeline on track, and quietly troubleshooting anything that pops up before you even notice. If a florist is running late, I’m already on it. If your aunt starts reworking the seating chart, I’ll handle it with warmth and tact. If a timeline slips, I’ll adjust it seamlessly so the day still flows without stress or panic. You’ll look around and see everything unfolding beautifully, the ceremony starting right on time, the guests laughing, the reception glowing with all the magic you imagined and you’ll get to actually be there for it. Because this service isn’t just about logistics, it’s about presence. It’s about freeing you (and your family) from the weight of coordination so you can be fully immersed in the love, laughter, and emotion of your day. You’ll go from “I hope it all goes smoothly” to “It’s happening and it’s perfect.” From managing to savoring. From logistics mode to love story mode. When you look back, you’ll remember the way your partner’s hand felt in yours, not the sound of your phone buzzing with vendor questions. You’ll remember laughter, music, and warmth because everything else? Handled. Your only job on your wedding day is to be in it. I’ll take care of the rest. Cancellation Policy
How This Service Works 1. Initial Consultation (4-6 Weeks Before the Wedding) We’ll schedule a 60-minute Zoom or in-person meeting to go over every detail of your wedding day. We’ll discuss your timeline, vendors, any specific requests, and the key elements you want flawlessly executed. 2. Final Check-In (1 Week Before the Wedding) A final pre-wedding call to confirm all details, review the schedule, and ensure everything is ready to go. If any last-minute adjustments need to be made, I’ll help coordinate them seamlessly. 3. Full On-the-Day Coordination I’ll be on-site from the moment setup begins until the formalities are complete, managing logistics, ensuring vendors are where they need to be, and discreetly handling any unexpected issues. You and your loved ones won’t have to worry about a thing. 4. Post-Wedding Wrap-Up I’ll assist with final vendor check-ins, ensure any necessary items are packed up, and handle last-minute details so you can simply enjoy your first moments as a married couple. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to shift. Below is my cancellation and rescheduling policy to ensure everything runs smoothly: Cancellations: - If you cancel more than 30 days before your wedding, you’ll receive a 50% refund of your total service fee. - If you cancel within 30 days of your wedding, the service is non-refundable, as your date has been reserved exclusively for you. Rescheduling: - If you need to reschedule your On-the-Day Coordination service, I will do my best to accommodate your new date. If I am unavailable, my trusted assistant coordinator will step in (pending her availability) to ensure your day still runs seamlessly. - If neither myself nor my assistant coordinator is available for your new date, the standard cancellation policy will apply. Force Majeure: - If unforeseen circumstances beyond either of our control (such as extreme weather, pandemics, or venue closures) impact your wedding, we’ll work together to find a fair solution, whether that’s rescheduling or adjusting the service. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. My goal is to ensure your wedding day is as stress-free as possible, no matter what comes our way!
