You work your 9 to 5 and jump straight into your 5 to 12 (planning your wedding) and you’ve told yourself it’s ok because you’ll relax ON THE DAY … You’re picturing moments playing out but your brain has highlighted 3 things still on your to do list before wedding week, mid visualisation. You’ve told your bridesmaids you want a drink in your hand at ALL TIMES but you know you also have to pace yourself in case something goes wrong, so you can handle it. And it’s so confusing because the closer you get, the further away being present on your own wedding day seems, but you push through because surely that feeling goes away once the day arrives, right? You’ve planned every moment of the day down to the way the napkins need to be folded and placed on every single place setting, but you managed to forget to book yourself in as the main character of the day, and it’s because you haven’t assigned anyone to take the reins so you can be present at your own damn wedding! Which is why you feel disconnected to the day itself because you haven’t given yourself any opportunity to show up as anyone else other than the coordinator, decision maker or project manager. That’s EXACTLY what my Wedding Day Coordination was designed for. To take the reins on the day so you can show up with one hat (the most important hat) on your wedding day. You didn’t plan a whole damn wedding to watch it from the sidelines, put out fires mid ceremony or miss out on moments with your new wife/husband. Cancellation Policy
How This Service Works Every wedding is different, which is why Wedding Day Coordination is offered in 3 tailored support tiers depending on how involved you want me to be throughout your day. Full tier breakdowns are available upon request. Initial Consultation Every coordination package begins with a 60-minute Zoom or in-person consultation where we walk through your vision, priorities, concerns, and the kind of support you actually want on your wedding day. This consultation is booked with a $125 consult fee, which is non-refundable but is credited toward your final invoice if you choose to move forward. This also acts as your date retainer so your wedding date can be secured while we finalise your package. Tailored Recommendation & Package Selection After your consultation, I’ll send through my recommended level of support along with a full breakdown of the 3 coordination tiers so you can choose the option that feels most aligned for your day, your priorities, and the experience you want to have. Contract & Flexible Payment Options Once you’ve chosen your level of support, I’ll send through your contract and invoice. Remaining balances are not due in full until 90 days before your wedding date, with flexible payment options available throughout your planning journey. First Check-In (Minimum 10 Weeks Before) We’ll reconnect to go through your plans in detail, review logistics, discuss any concerns, and begin shaping the flow of your day so everything feels intentional, clear, and fully supported. Second Check-In (4–6 Weeks Before) A planning check-in to review updates, final decisions, vendor communication, and any changes or support needed leading into the final weeks. Final Check-In (1–2 Weeks Before) A final walkthrough of your timeline, logistics, vendors, setup plans, and wedding-day responsibilities so you can head into your day knowing everything has been thought through properly. Wedding Day Coordination On-the-day support is tailored to the coordination tier selected. I’ll manage logistics, vendors, setup flow, timeline execution, and problem-solving behind the scenes so you can stay fully present in the moments that actually matter. Post-Wedding Wrap-Up I’ll assist with final vendor check-ins, pack-down coordination where applicable, and those final loose ends so you can soak in your first moments as a married couple without worrying about what still needs to be done.
