Full Wedding Planning Support Starting from $1666 NZD for weddings under 120 guests. Worldwide support available. You never remembered clocking into your wedding planning shift but somehow it now follows you into your 9–5, your weekends, your relationship, and your bedtime because you never actually get to clock out. And from the outside it looks like you’ve got it together. But all the spreadsheets, tabs, saved TikToks, Pinterest boards, screenshots, and lists don’t: - Reduce the mental load - Give you more time back - Remove the responsibility sitting on your shoulders - Stop your wedding from taking over your everyday life - Give you confidence that all the moving parts are actually handled Which is why your brain still feels permanently “on.” You already know your presence is one of the most important parts of this entire experience. You just have no idea what asking for support is supposed to look like. That’s exactly why I designed my Full Planning Support! This is where you stop carrying the operational weight of your wedding alone. I handle the research, communication, admin, coordination, timelines, sourcing, vendor management, and groundwork so you can stop spending weeks trying to FIND the decisions before you even get to make them. You stay fully involved. You still make the final decisions. You still have complete control over your wedding. You just finally have someone carrying the moving pieces with you. Planning your wedding gets to simply exist beside your current day-to-day life, not take over it. Every package begins with a Wedding Story Blueprint and 60-minute consultation so I can understand who you are as a couple, the experience you want your wedding to create, where planning currently feels heavy, and the level of support you actually need. After your consultation, you’ll receive a tailored Wedding Vision Concept and personalized planning recommendation designed specifically around your wedding, priorities, and vision. This service includes: - Monthly 60-minute planning calls - Unlimited WhatsApp text + voice note support - Vendor sourcing & tailored recommendations - Vendor communication management & coordination - Contract & quote negotiation support - Budget tracking & personalized budget spreadsheet - Timeline creation & management - Seating plan creation & management - Styling guidance & wedding direction - Ongoing planning management & support Discounted add-ons including Wedding Day Coordination available too!
Cancellation Policy
I understand that wedding planning can shift and evolve throughout the process, which is why I always aim to approach any changes with flexibility, transparency, and open communication wherever possible. Consultation Fee The initial $125 consultation fee is non-refundable, as this covers consultation preparation, review of your Wedding Story Blueprint, consultation time, and the creation of your tailored planning recommendation and Wedding Vision Concept. If you choose to move forward with Full Planning Support, this fee will be credited toward your final invoice. Booking Deposit A non-refundable 25% booking deposit is required within 7 days of your proposal and contract being sent in order to officially secure your wedding date and Full Planning package. Your wedding date will only be temporarily held during this 7-day period. If the signed contract and deposit are not received within this timeframe, the date may be released and made available to other couples. Cancellations If you choose to cancel your Full Planning Support service after your contract has been signed and deposit paid, all payments made up until the cancellation date are non-refundable due to the planning, preparation, research, sourcing, communication, and availability already allocated to your wedding. If a payment plan has been agreed to, any completed instalments are also considered non-refundable. Rescheduling If your wedding date changes, I will always do my best to accommodate your new date depending on availability. If I am unavailable for your new date, any payments already made will remain non-refundable, however I will always work with you fairly and transparently to find the best possible solution moving forward. Travel & Additional Expenses For weddings, meetings, venue visits, vendor meetings, or in-person support outside of New Zealand’s South Island, additional travel costs including flights, accommodation, fuel, vehicle hire, and related expenses may apply. All travel-related expenses will always be discussed and approved prior to booking. Force Majeure In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of either party’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, venue closures, government restrictions, severe weather, pandemics, or emergencies, both parties agree to communicate openly and work together toward a fair and reasonable solution wherever possible.
