The Full In-Person Planning Package is for couples in New Zealand who want complete, hands-on planning and support from start to finish. From our first conversation to your final dance, I’ll be by your side, turning your vision into a seamless, joy-filled reality. You’ll go from juggling decisions and to-do lists to feeling calm, confident, and deeply cared for with a planner who understands your vision and executes it with heart. What’s Included - 1-hour meet & greet to explore your vision, priorities, and planning needs - Personalized wedding and day-of proposal that maps out your full planning journey - Comprehensive planning checklist to keep everything organized - Custom budget spreadsheet for clear, stress-free decisions - Monthly sessions (in-person or over Zoom) for consistent support and direction - Unlimited messaging support for quick feedback or reassurance anytime - Vendor & supplier research, meetings, and contract negotiations managed for you - Full wedding day coordination included so you can simply celebrate - Add-ons available including floral design, venue styling, and signage production - North Island flights required and negotiable We’ll start with a relaxed consultation to bring your dream day into focus: the atmosphere, the details, the feeling you want to create. From there, I’ll handle every moving part including vendors, logistics, styling, and communication so you can simply enjoy the process. Each month, we’ll refine and perfect your plans together, keeping everything aligned and on track. When your wedding day arrives, you’ll be fully present, not planning, not worrying, just soaking in the laughter, the love, and the beauty around you. Because when every detail is handled with care, your wedding doesn’t just look stunning, it feels effortless. And that’s exactly what we’ll create, together.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Consultation Fee: - To secure your 60-minute consultation call, a non-refundable fee of $148 must be paid before the session. - If you choose to proceed with my partial planning package, this amount will be deducted from your total service cost. Rescheduling Policy: - If you need to reschedule your consultation, please reach out as soon as possible. There is no extra fee for rescheduling. Service Proposal & Booking Process: - After our consultation, I will provide a custom service proposal outlining the planning services best suited to your needs, along with a full additional service list for review. - Once you've chosen your services, I will send a contract detailing the agreed-upon services, pricing, cancellation policy, and full terms & conditions. Booking Process: - Payment plans are available for your partial planning package and will be discussed with me during the consultation. - Once the signed contract is received, I will send you an invoice through Wix that includes a breakdown of the discussed payment plan. - Full payment due dates will be clearly outlined in your full terms and conditions document. Cancellation Policy: - The $148 consultation fee is non-refundable, even if you decide not to move forward with the package. - Once the contract is signed, the full cancellation policy outlined in your agreement will apply.
