Service Description

If you’ve ever felt unsure about where to start with florals, this is where clarity begins. This service is designed to help you shape, refine, and bring your floral vision to life, whether that’s for a wedding, a celebration, a special event, or a statement piece for your home. Every tier begins with a 60-minute Floral Direction Call. This is where we unpack your ideas, your space, your budget, and the feeling you want your florals to create. From there, you choose the level of support that feels right for you. I specialise in dried and faux florals, chosen for their longevity and versatility. My approach is intentional, designing pieces that move within your space and, where possible, continue to live on beyond the event itself. Whether you need direction, a detailed plan, or full commissioned creation, this service meets you where you are. You can choose from 3 levels of support: Tier 1 Floral Direction Call ($199) A focused 60-minute consultation to refine your ideas, discuss scale and placement, and clarify what will truly serve your space. You’ll receive a written summary with direction, arrangement suggestions, and visual references to support the look discussed. Ideal if you need reassurance or a stronger starting point before making floral decisions. If you move into Tier 2 or Tier 3, this investment is credited toward your final invoice. Tier 2 Floral Concept & Design Proposal (From $333) A detailed floral blueprint you can confidently hand to a florist or stylist. This tier translates your ideas into a clear, cohesive plan. Your proposal includes refined colour direction, suggested flowers or greenery aligned with your desired atmosphere, and placement guidance to ensure balance within your space. While a florist may include a proposal in their quote, this is independent, vendor-neutral design clarity shaped around your vision first, not stock availability. Tier 3 Full Floral Creation & Styling (From $888 + materials & labour) For those who want their florals designed, created, and styled from start to finish. From single sculptural installations to full wedding styling, arrangements are intentionally designed to move within your space, ceremony to reception, event to home. Your floral investment should work with your celebration, not against it. It should feel considered and cohesive. Florals shouldn’t feel like a one-day decision. Cancellation Policy

Tier 1 Floral Direction Call At Kindred Aisle Collective, I value your time and mine. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policy applies: Cancellations • Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice before your scheduled session. • Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows • No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee. • Future bookings may require full payment upfront. Rescheduling Life happens. I will always do my best to accommodate changes where possible. By booking, you agree to these terms. Tier 2 Floral Concept & Design Proposal • The $199 call fee is non-refundable. • The 30% booking fee is non-refundable once paid. • If cancellation occurs after booking but before proposal delivery, additional payments may be refunded at discretion depending on work completed. Tier 3 Full Floral Creation & Styling Rescheduling In the event of rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergency), I will work to accommodate a new date agreed upon by both parties, subject to availability. Any additional costs resulting from rescheduling are the Client’s responsibility. Force Majeure If services are postponed, cancelled, or disrupted due to circumstances beyond either party’s control (including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events), both parties will work in good faith to reschedule. Additional costs resulting from rescheduling remain the Client’s responsibility. Cancellations If cancellation occurs: • More than 90 days prior to the event date — Client is responsible for 30% of the total quoted amount. • Between 30 and 90 days prior — Client is responsible for 50% of the total quoted amount. • Within 30 days of the event date — The full quoted amount is payable due to committed materials and allocated creation time. The $199 call fee and 30% booking fee are non-refundable. Refunds for expenses already incurred (including materials ordered or custom elements created) are at my discretion and supported with documentation. If I am unable to fulfil obligations due to illness, injury, or force majeure, I will notify the Client promptly and make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative or refund fees paid, excluding non-refundable booking fees.
